Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is hiring a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care for residents in long-term care settings. The role reports to a registered nurse or physician and emphasizes safety, confidentiality, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The position supports 2pm-10:30pm shifts every other weekend, with additional weekend and overnight incentives. Benefits include health/dental/vision, retirement plans, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and obtain LPN license.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• Must hold an unencumbered LPN license with state board.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for LTC residents under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and maintain confidentiality.
• Support resident education and family communications.
