Riverside Community Care in Upton, MA seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Behavioral Health Services Division, CCS program. You will work on the 2nd shift, 3pm–11pm, on a full-time schedule, supporting a small community crisis stabilization program and an acute care residence.

You will assist with physician orders, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and guide direct supports to help consumers maintain health and progress toward independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse with current LPN license.
• Experience in crisis stabilization or community health settings is a plus.
• Ability to administer medications and monitor vital signs.

Responsabilités
