Riverside Community Care in Upton, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Behavioral Health Services Division to support the Community Crisis Stabilization program and acute care residence. Responsibilities include assisting the nurse manager with physician orders, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing guidance and supervision to individuals to maintain health and safety.

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours; 2nd shift (3pm–11pm).

Qualifikationen

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts
• Experience in behavioral health is a plus

• Monitor patient vitals and provide education and supervision to individuals to promote health and safety
• Occasional in-home visits to assess needs and support recovery
