Job summary

Sanford is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver professional nursing care to residents in a Bemidji, MN assisted living setting. The LPN will work under supervision, administer medications, and participate in care planning with an interdisciplinary team.

Duties include documenting patient status and supporting family and resident education. Position features evening shifts, full-time schedule (32 hours weekly), a $3.00/hour premium, and a $12,000 bonus eligible for certain

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing leading to licensure as an LPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision of a RN, advanced practice provider or physician.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes of care, medications, behavior, activity and diet.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with residents, families and health care professionals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support health, comfort and safety of residents.
