Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Sanford Bemidji provides professional nursing care for residents in assisted living under supervision. Shift is evening; full-time schedule with 32 hours weekly at Woodsedge, Bemidji, MN.

The LPN demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles and participates in resident assessment, medication administration, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team. Must be licensed as a Practical Nurse in the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Practical Nurse in the practicing state(s).
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Long-term care or sub-acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Assess residents and administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document interactions and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
