Apploi's affiliated Extended Care facility in Illinois is seeking a dedicated LPN for the evening shift (2:30–11:00pm). The role involves directing nursing assistants, administering medications, and maintaining resident records within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a valid LPN license, can work every other weekend, and demonstrates excellent communication and compassion in a fast-paced setting. A comprehensive benefits package is provided for full-time staff.
