Job summary

HMR Veterans Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Evening Shift (3 PM - 11 PM) to deliver resident-centered care to veterans. Join a mission-driven team focused on dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities include supervising daily nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, long-term care setting, or similar.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily nursing operations during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support outcomes.
• Assist DON and ADON in maintaining standards of resident care and clinical excellence.
