Qualifications

• Current CT LPN license to practice.
• 1+ year clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care under the supervision of an RN, following Evidence-Based practice.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Contribute to care plan development by recording data.
• Communicate with residents, families and team to meet needs.
• Document information accurately in EMR per regulations.
• Supervise CNAs to ensure adherence to the care plan.
• Participate in inservices and quality improvement activities.
