Job summary

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a Traffic Coordinator in New York, NY to support Ace Fleet drivers and retailers with routing and scheduling. The role operates Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM, emphasizing accuracy, safety, and customer service.

Required are a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong computer skills, and experience with Word, Excel, Outlook; AS400, WMS, and SAP are preferred. This is a full-time on-site position at Ace’s distribution network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
• Experience with AS400, WMS and SAP preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent phone skills and professional phone presence.
• Excellent writing ability.
• Strong problem solving skills with quick follow-through.
• Ability to work in warehouse/office environment.
• Flexible to work earlier or later to complete tasks.
• Self-starter who works well independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assign route for Ace Fleet Drivers.
• Maintain Daily/Weekly reports.
• Interact with Ace Retailers providing information and services.
• Serve as point of contact for the Drivers.
• Various other administrative duties, including Ace Retailer packing list and BOLs.
