Job summary

Perdue Farms Inc. is seeking an Inbound Outbound Coordinator to oversee trailers, temps, labeling, and product checks to keep our facility running smoothly and in strict compliance with food safety standards. The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to producing high-quality meat products.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm with a target wage of $20.00–$30.00 per hour, plus annual bonus potential. Competitive benefits are included and overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years relevant work experience.
• Must have knowledge of transportation.
• Strong reading, writing, math and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Check and record unit temperature settings on incoming and outgoing trailers.
• Assess trailer condition and cleanliness.
• Monitor temperatures during loading and unloading.
• Ensure proper case weights, labels, and product temps per spec.
• Verify summer/winter temperature settings and proper pallet shrink wrap.
