Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day multimodal logistics activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution. You will supervise frontline teams, drive productivity, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing or distribution, forklift certification, and strong communication. This on-site position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 12:00 PM–10:00 PM shift, and compensation in the 72k–75k USD range.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, transportation, or supply chain operations with supervision experience.
• English communication skills (verbal and written) required.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen or similar continuous improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities across logistics workflows.
• Prioritize work assignments to meet service, safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Ensure safe handling and timely dispatch of inventory, freight, and equipment.
• Monitor workflow, labor allocation, and equipment usage for efficiency.
• Lead safety observations and support facility/fleet safety initiatives.
• Support audits and compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
