The Operations Supervisor role has a national salary range of $62,500 - $70,000. For roles in California the range is $70,304 - $82,000 and for roles in Washington the range is $80,169 - $82,000.

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Take proactive measures to consistently uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness throughout the organization.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement. Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.

Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor position operates on a rotating DuPont swing schedule, requiring coverage on both day and night shifts. Scheduled hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

In this role, the supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading forklift associates and ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met. The supervisor will regularly interact with customer representatives and warehouse personnel throughout the shift to coordinate workflow, resolve operational issues, and maintain a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
