Job summary

Accurate Expediting is seeking an Account Specialist / Dispatcher to manage customer accounts, coordinate daily dispatch and routing, and ensure timely delivery of services. You will serve as the main liaison among customers, drivers, warehouse staff, and internal teams to support service reliability.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to maintain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, dispatching, logistics, or account management preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced operations or distribution environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer accounts and manage orders.
• Plan, create, and optimize daily delivery routes to maximize efficiency.
• Dispatch drivers with route information and delivery instructions.
• Monitor route progress and communicate updates to customers and drivers.
• Maintain dispatch records and ensure DOT compliance and safety procedures.
• Support billing inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
