Job summary

Conagra Brands in Marshall, Missouri is hiring for a Line Servicer on the second shift. You will help ensure material availability, palletize finished goods, and assist with line setup and shutdown to support Banquet production.

Role requires a high school diploma/GED, ability to pass screenings, and a safety‑minded, team‑oriented approach. Onsite work with competitive hourly pay and shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Pass a background screening and post-offer drug screen.
• Experience in manufacturing is helpful.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, attendance and teamwork.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple production lines by ensuring food products and raw materials are available for dispensing.
• Palletize, stack and prepare finished products for shipping.
• Assist with production line setup and shutdown activities.
• Maintain production flow to meet operational requirements.
• Follow food safety, quality and workplace safety requirements.
• Support housekeeping and sanitation standards within the production area.
