East West Hospitality is hiring on-site cooks to join the kitchen team at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO. The role requires preparing hot line and pizza items, maintaining quality and timely service in a resort kitchen environment.

Ideal candidates have strong organization, time management, and attention to detail, with a culinary background and knowledge of kitchen safety. ServSafe is a plus, and full-time, year-round work with Marriott discounts and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong organization, time management and attention to detail for a fast-paced kitchen.
• Culinary background and understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation standards are valued.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, and cook hot line dishes and pizzas following recipes and standards.
• Complete prep work, stock stations, and keep lines ready for service.
• Cook items to order with proper temperatures and timing.
• Practice proper food handling, labeling, and rotation to maintain quality and reduce waste.
• Follow sanitation, cleanliness and health regulations and company policies.
• Monitor ingredient levels and coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations.
