• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, proper cooking temperatures, and safe knife skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized, well-stocked salad, fryer, grill, and pizza stations throughout service.
• Complete daily prep work and rotate ingredients properly to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
• Prepare and cook food to the appropriate temperatures and established quality standards.
• Keep workstations sanitized and cooking equipment clean throughout each shift.
• Arrive on time and be ready to contribute to a smooth, efficient kitchen operation.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while keeping pace with service demands.
