Qualifications

• A culinary background and understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation standards are valued.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, and cook hot line dishes and pizzas following established recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards
• Complete prep work, stock assigned stations, and keep the hot line and pizza station ready for efficient service
• Cook items to order while maintaining food quality, proper cooking temperatures, and consistent timing
• Practice proper food handling, storage, labeling, and product rotation to maintain quality and reduce waste
• Follow sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety requirements, including company policies and local health regulations
• Monitor ingredient levels, communicate replenishment needs, and work with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations and clean, organized workstations
