Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations for evening service
• Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
• Execute dishes with consistency, accuracy and proper timing during service
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned station
• Communicate with kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Monitor food quality, temperature and presentation
• Assist with prep and closing duties as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Support team members to maintain a high-functioning kitchen
