Responsibilities

• Complete assigned prep lists accurately and within required timeframes.
• Wash, cut, portion, measure, and store ingredients correctly.
• Label, date, rotate, and organize food products following food-storage procedures.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and temperatures; maintain a clean, stocked work area.
• Communicate with kitchen leadership regarding prep levels, shortages, and product needs.
• Assist with receiving, storage, and inventory organization as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Support line cooks and other kitchen team members as needed.
