Job summary

Anxiety Treatment Center Inc. in Temecula, CA is seeking a licensed therapist to join our OCD and anxiety treatment team, with evening, in-person hours from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.

You will provide ERP-based therapy, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with the treatment team to ensure fidelity to our protocols and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work and active state license required.
• Licensed therapist with ERP OCD treatment experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Punctual, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provides validation in a warm, safe environment and motivates clients to work through distress.
• Works with the treatment team to schedule and support staff and address client concerns.
• Maintains progress notes and therapy documentation to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Oversees psychotherapeutic interventions for OCD and other mental health disorders with treatment planning.
• Plans and conducts group and individual therapy sessions following evidence-based protocols.
• Proficient in de-escalation techniques and crisis planning.
• Supports company policies and cultivates a positive team culture.
• Other duties as assigned.
