Thrive Therapy Services is seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) for an in-person role in Philadelphia, PA. The position offers competitive hourly pay and a full caseload with options for part-time or contract arrangements.

You will supervise behavior technicians, develop individualized treatment plans, train parents, and monitor client progress. Relocation to 19124 is required before starting; flexible scheduling and location choices are supported to fit your hours.

Qualifications

• Must hold Behavior Specialist License (Required).
• Relocation to Philadelphia, PA 19124 required before starting.
• In-person work environment.
• Experience supervising and training staff is a plus.

LBS's role includes:

• Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands on training and monitoring programs
• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
• Assessment of client progress over time
• Flexible scheduling

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour based on experience
