Thrive Therapy is seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in Philadelphia to join a small, warm, and supportive company. Competitive hourly rate with immediate opening for full caseload or part time hourly; in-person work and flexible scheduling.

The LBS will supervise behavior technicians, develop treatment plans, train parents, assess progress, and contribute to growth of the program. License required; relocation to Philadelphia, PA 19124 is expected.

• License as Behavior Specialist (Required).
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Strong communication with clients and families.
