Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation is seeking a 2nd Shift Lead to oversee the business, financial and customer service activities at our Phillipsburg, NJ site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on PLC experience and be mechanically inclined, enabling effective troubleshooting and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have hands on PLC experience.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience or supervisory experience in a related setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot software programs for material handling control systems, including PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks.
• Act as first level escalation support for the maintenance teams and coordinate with vendors/headquarters to restore operations.
• Monitor system performance with facilities/operations and plan capital projects as needed.
• Train CSTs on controls systems concepts and procedures and ensure safety compliance.
