Job summary

Biltmore Farms is seeking a Laundry Attendant to manage the washing, drying and folding of linens for guest rooms, restaurant and banquets. You will keep the area organized and support Room Attendants and Porters as needed.

The role emphasizes guest-focused service, teamwork, and flexibility to cover PM shifts, weekends and holidays. A high school diploma and basic housekeeping knowledge are preferred, with good communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of hotel housekeeping and cleaning techniques.
• At least one year of hotel experience is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, and fold linens from guest rooms to the restaurant and banquet areas.
• Keep laundry area clean and organized.
• Be a team player and assist Room Attendants and Porters as needed.
• Handle all laundry aspects of the hotel from towels and uniforms to bedspreads and blankets.
• Treat each hotel guest like a guest in your own home.
• Must be available to work PM shift, have flexible availability, and work weekends and holidays.
