Job summary

Biltmore Farms, LLC is seeking a Laundry Attendant to support our hospitality team in Asheville, NC. You will sort, wash, and fold linens, keep the area clean, and assist other team members across rooms and banquet operations.

Applicants should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year in a hotel setting. This role requires lifting up to 35 pounds and working PM shifts, with weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Should have knowledge of hotel housekeeping and cleaning techniques.
• At least one year of experience in hotel setting is a plus.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, and fold all linens from guest rooms to the restaurant and banquet areas
• Keep laundry area clean and organized
• Be a team player and assist Room Attendants and Porters, as needed
• Handle all laundry aspects of the hotel from towels and uniforms to bedspreads and blankets
• Treat each hotel guest like a guest in your own home
• Must be available to work PM shift, have flexible availability, and work weekends and holidays
