Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Laboratory Technician III to join the Main Campus Molecular Path Lab team. The role supports an advanced research and surgical environment, with an evenings shift and a strong team culture.

You will review consultations, coordinate with leaders and pathologists, and conduct data entry in the LIS, contributing to ongoing laboratory operations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (preferably in science).
• Two years of lab processing experience.
• Four years of lab technician or comparable processing experience may substitute the education requirement.
• Active enrollment in the Cleveland Clinic MLS program may substitute the education and experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Review consultations from other labs and data entry.
• Coordinate with leadership, supervisors, Pathologists, and lab reps to direct workflow.
• Perform advanced manual processing and data entry in accessioning and investigations.
• Create slides and blocks in Anatomic Pathology and assist in cytology adequacy assessments.
• Maintain documentation and comply with SOPs and safety regulations.
