The Pre Analytics Processing Technician II will manually process specimens, perform QA tasks, and maintain equipment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of lab experience.
• Associate degree in a science-related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and accession specimens into the LIS.
• Prepare specimens for analysis.
• Perform manual processing (centrifuge, aliquoting, maintenance).
• Ensure compliance with basic regulations (temperature monitoring).
• Perform QA activities (log audits).
• Retrieve, sort, track and deliver specimens; basic clerical duties.
