Qualifications

• Associate's degree in science or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Two years of lab processing experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related science field.
• Four years of lab technician or related processing experience may substitute education.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced manual processing and problem-solving techniques in laboratory accessioning/data entry.
• Create slides and perform duties associated with subspecialty client liaison.
• Be familiar with data analytics.
• Receive and accession specimens into the LIS and perform esoteric testing when required.
• Conduct advanced tracking investigations and resolve issues.
• Serve as a subspecialty client liaison and maintain documentation.
