Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and high complexity testing across Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Serology, and Blood Bank.
• Ensure proper patient and specimen identification and adherence to testing policies.
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and manage computer functions.
• Collaborate with Phlebotomists, Medical Laboratory Technicians, Nursing and Physicians to support patient care.
