Job summary

IntePros is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician I to support testing and quality control of materials used in blood and plasma product processing and distribution. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical lab science or related field; or an Associate degree with related labs.
• Intermediate to strong computer skills required.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and accurately document laboratory activities.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs, interprets and troubleshoots lab procedures for unit and donor testing and related assays.
• Performs routine analytical testing using manual and automated methods and compares results to controls.
• Completes maintenance and QC per SOPs; adheres to cGMP and regulatory standards.
• Shares information with internal contacts to reach solutions.
• Operates and calibrates instruments; performs preventative maintenance and reports unresolved issues.
