• Communicates specimen requirements with hospital staff and outpatient orders.
• Maintains accuracy with patient demographics, test orders, and results.

Responsibilities

• Process specimens and prepare for lab testing following SOPs.
• Enter patient data and test orders into LIS/EHR with 100% accuracy.
• Operate automation line and assist with pre-analytical and post-analytical tasks.
• Provide customer service to clients and hospital staff.
