Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Requires 1 year of work experience in a clinical/hospital laboratory setting, or active MLT certification.

Responsibilities

• Label and process patient specimens accurately and distribute to the correct laboratory area.
• Process laboratory samples according to procedure; centrifuge and prepare aliquots as needed.
• Maintain specimen requirements and track specimens to ensure integrity and proper storage.
