Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories/Laboratory Sciences of Arizona seeks a night-shift laboratory professional in Phoenix to perform waived and non-waived tests with supervision. You will assist with regulatory compliance across CLIA ’88, JCAHO, CAP, and OSHA, and may handle collection, receipt, and processing of specimens into the lab.

Qualified candidates have an associate or bachelor degree in a lab science, or equivalent CLIA training, with competency in phlebotomy and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must meet CLIA ’88 requirements (qualified as waived or non-waived tests).
• Ability to perform detailed work with accuracy and timeliness.
• Must be able to collect, Receipt, and process specimens as required by the lab.

Responsibilities

• Perform waived and non-waived tests as defined by CLIA ’88 in an accurate and timely manner under supervision.
• Assist with department compliance with CLIA ’88, JCAHO, CAP, OSHA.
• Process and receive biological specimens into the laboratory.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
