Job summary

Bellin Health in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technician for the on-site Lab team. The role involves performing tests, maintaining equipment, processing specimens, and providing reliable lab service to customers.

Full-time 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week) with PM shift hours and weekend/holiday rotations. Requires a bachelor’s or associate degree in medical technology or related science, ASCP or AMT certification within a year, and at least one year of lab experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in medical technology, chemistry, physical, or biological science required; completion of Military Medical Laboratory Specialist training may be substituted.
• ASCP or AMT certification required within one year of hire; military-trained candidates must have current ASCP certification upon hire.
• One year of healthcare laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab tests, operate and maintain lab equipment, and ensure accuracy of results.
• Collect and process specimens while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Serve as a reference and resource for lab customers and support clerical tasks as needed.
