Sanford Health’s Laboratory team invites you to join a dedicated group providing accurate results to support patient care in Marshfield, WI.

We seek Medical Laboratory Scientists or Medical Laboratory Technicians to perform pre-, analytical, and post-analytical testing, following SOPs and ensuring safety. This full-time evening shift offers opportunities for growth within a respected clinical laboratory.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Laboratory Science required.
• Bachelor's degree in laboratory or biological sciences required.
• National certification for Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT) or MLS/MT registry eligible; or be registry eligible and complete exam within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical phases of testing.
• Follows standard operating procedures for MLS/MLTs.
• Ensures laboratory safety, quality and regulatory requirements are met.
• Recognizes safety hazards and complies with all safety practices and protocols.
• Collects and processes lab specimens with proper equipment.
• Performs clinical laboratory testing, including manual and automated methods.
• Collect and manage samples of blood and other fluids from patients.
