Chick-fil-A is seeking motivated Back of House Team Members in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will prepare, cook, and assemble menu items to high quality standards, while following recipes, food safety guidelines, and presentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and package Chick-fil-A menu items according to company standards
• Follow recipes, procedures, and food safety guidelines
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Learn and work all kitchen stations, including breading, fries, boards, food prep, machines and support positions
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed, complete opening, transition, and closing responsibilities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance concerns to Leadership
• Communicate effectively with Team Members and Leaders and participate in required training
