Job summary

Dash In, part of the Wills Group family, is seeking Team Members for the evening shift (2:00pm–10:00pm) with a starting wage of $15.50 per hour. An extra $1 per hour is available for overnight shifts to boost earnings.

You’ll prepare tasty items, interact with guests, and help keep the store clean and welcoming. Prior kitchen or line cook experience and at least 1 year in customer service are preferred; supervisory experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in kitchen/line cook or related role is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service is required.
• Supervisory experience is a plus for leadership roles.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+ years old.
• HS diploma or GED preferred or enrolled in GED program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food meeting safety and quality standards.
• Engage with guests at the Made to Order area and suggest upgrades.
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Maintain stock levels and keep store tidy and appealing.
• Use proper lifting techniques for items like beverages and ice.
