HomeState Hospitalities in Santa Monica, CA is seeking an Evening Kitchen Team Member to join a fast-paced Tex-Mex kitchen. You will support multiple stations, uphold sanitation standards and ensure guest hospitality remains top priority during dinner service.

Responsibilities

• Guest Focus: Reenforce guest trust by complying with sanitation standards, portion sizes, recipes, builds, cooking/cooling methods, packaging, kitchen policies.
• Action Oriented: Take on new opportunities and challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm. Manage time efficiently..
