• Adhering to work schedules as instructed by supervisor/first or second cook.
• Using equipment and kitchen utensils safely.
• Cleaning equipment according to guidelines and maintaining OSHA/JCAHO standards.
• Performing butchering duties as assigned.
• Completing annual physical examination.
• Storing, issuing, labeling, dating, and rotating foods as per standard practices.
