Job summary

Sherman Associates at Canopy by Hilton Minneapolis in the Mill District seeks an entry-level dishwasher to support a busy kitchen. You will maintain cleanliness and sanitation of china, glassware, and utensils using machine and manual methods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Sorts and rinses dirty dishes, glasses, tableware and other cooking utensils and places them in racks to send through dishwasher.
• Sorts and stacks clean dishes.
• Carries clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas.
• Tests dishwasher sanitizing levels and adjusts standards based on testing results.
• Washes pots, pans and trays by hand.
