Job summary

East Bank Club in Chicago, IL is hiring a full-time Dishwasher to support our busy kitchen. You will wash china, glassware, and cookware, ensure proper warewashing procedures, and help keep the kitchen neat and safe.

Shifts run 10:00am–6:30pm or 2:00–10:30pm, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required. This entry-level role offers a competitive $20/hour and opportunities to grow within a health-focused hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the USA (E-Verify).
• Previous dishwasher experience is highly desired.
• Dependable, positive, collaborative, and committed to quality work.
• Friendly, organized, and able to work well with others in a team.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing station and sanitize utensils.
• Wash pots, pans, and silverware using proper procedures.
• Set up dish machine and maintain dish area.
• Store products properly and keep areas organized.
• Keep the kitchen clean and orderly at all times.
• Take out garbage and break down cardboard boxes.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
