Job summary

East Bank Club is seeking a friendly and reliable Dishwasher to join our team in Chicago. The role supports a busy kitchen by washing dishes, pots, and utensils, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting with basic kitchen duties.

Must be authorized to work in the USA and be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position is full-time with five days per week and offers Health and wellness benefits and time-off options.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the USA; E-Verify is used.
• Previous dishwasher experience is highly desired.
• Be dependable, positive, collaborative, and committed to clear communication and quality work.
• Friendly, organized, and able to work well with others in a team.
• Availability for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper ware washing procedures for all silverware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Wash and sanitize dishes and cookware using correct procedures.
• Set up dish machine and prep area for service.
• Store products properly after washing.
• Keep kitchen clean and orderly at all times.
• Take out garbage and break down cardboard boxes.
• Mop spills and assist with other duties as assigned by management.
