Hank's Seafood Charleston is seeking a Steward (PM) to keep the kitchen clean and organized in a full-time role at Hank's Seafood Charleston, SC. You will support dishwashing, food prep, and overall back-of-house efficiency.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading dishwashers, washing by hand, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness during busy periods. Join a team committed to safety, hospitality, and consistent quality.

• Assists with food preparation as needed.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks during peak hours.

• Load and unload dishwashing machines.

• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment properly.
• Ensure sufficient clean dishes, glasses and utensils during peak hours.
• Check dishwasher operation and report issues promptly.
