Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or facilities operations.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily janitorial operations during the 2nd shift.
• Lead, train, and coach cleaning staff.
• Conduct daily team huddles and communicate important updates.
• Inspect completed work and perform final walk-throughs.
• Correct quality issues and ensure company standards are met.
• Ensure employees have supplies and equipment before shifts.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control waste.
• Track labor hours and stay within budget.
• Address employee and client concerns professionally.
• Perform hands-on janitorial work when needed.
• Communicate schedule changes, policies, and client expectations.
• Hold employees accountable for attendance, performance, quality.
• Identify leadership potential and develop them for advancement.
• Work with Area Manager to meet client expectations and goals.
• Improve cleaning processes and team efficiency.
