The role emphasizes crew leadership, high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficient task coordination in a fast-paced setting. Evening shifts run 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, 20 hours per week, with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial/janitorial services preferred.
• Ability to lead a cleaning crew and communicate with customers.
• Able to work evenings and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership — oversee performance and maintain communication with the customer.
• Facility Cleaning — sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, and move furniture.
• Inventory — maintain supplies and equipment.
• Safety — use PPE as required.
• Site Security — open/lock facilities and manage security systems as needed.
• Additional Duties — other tasks as assigned.
