Job summary

U.S. Servico, Inc. is seeking an Evening Assistant Janitorial Supervisor in Wixom, MI to oversee cleaning operations for multiple sites. The role is full-time, typically 32–40 hours weekly, with evening shifts starting around 5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial cleaning experience.
• Reliable transportation to the job site.
• Travel up to 75% as needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishing work standards.
• Conducting site evaluations to ensure cleaning to customers' satisfaction.
• Orientation and training of employees.
• Ensuring the highest level of cleanliness, quality and safety.
• Fill in for absent employees to clean service areas as needed.
• Special work projects as requested by management.
• Cover open shifts.
• Coordinate with warehouse to stock janitor closets.
• Evaluate janitor closets for organization.
• Operate cleaning equipment (vacuum, floor scrubber, mops) as required.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
• Bend, stand, and lift as part of duties.
• Clock in/out via cellphone app for scheduled hours.
• Complete inspection reports and post pictures via app.
• Show up on time, every time, as scheduled.
• Work well in a team-like setting or independently.
• Operate with minimal supervision.
