The Site Lead coordinates daily operations, conducts inspections, trains employees, and provides coverage for call-offs or vacancies. Evening shifts are available with occasional Saturday requirements to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, facility maintenance, or commercial cleaning experience required.
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance required.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the workday.
• Must be eligible to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside cleaning staff and assist with cleaning duties as needed.
• Conduct facility inspections and quality control checks.
• Ensure all assigned cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards.
• Train, coach, and support team members.
• Maintain staffing coverage and assist with scheduling needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
