City Wide Facility Solutions of Oklahoma is seeking a Part-Time Evening Janitorial Lead to supervise Independent Contractors and perform quality-control inspections. You will ensure cleaning tasks meet service level agreements while coordinating with Account Managers.

This dual-lead and inspector role supports Ardmore and Pauls Valley areas. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, reliability, and a focus on detail, with flexibility to work evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation to visit clients' buildings.
• Experience in janitorial services or supervisory role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular nightly route schedule.
• Review objectives and goals for nightly route with Account Managers.
• Conduct inspections to ensure cleaning standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with Independent Contractors.
• Participate in new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors.
