Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, facility maintenance, or commercial cleaning experience required.
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance required.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the workday.
• Must be eligible to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside cleaning staff and assist with cleaning duties as needed.
• Conduct facility inspections and quality control checks.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM OR 9:00 PM - 3:00 AM (occasional Saturday availability required for both shifts)
