Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory experience in custodial, janitorial, facilities, or related services.
• Knowledge of current cleaning methods, equipment, products, and safety procedures.
• Experience coordinating event setups, room configurations, and facility support services preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff across shifts and buildings.
• Coordinate schedules, assignments, and staffing levels.
• Ensure services meet contract specs and customer requirements.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; manage assets.
